Join Gov. Perry at a Tax Day Tea Party
In 1773, a group of American colonists dumped tea into an ocean harbor to protest excessive taxation and the violation of their rights. Their act became known as the Boston Tea Party, and it still serves as a symbol of the American Revolution to this day. On April 15, "tax day," you will have the opportunity to join your fellow patriots from all around the country in a nationwide protest of the new administration’s disturbing escalation of spending, debt, and taxation.
