The Texas Burglar and Fire Alarm Association Endorses Gov. Perry

Continues Support in General Election

AUSTIN – Gov. Perry today received the endorsement of the Texas Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (TBFAA) for re-election.

"Gov. Perry has a proven record of successfully working with public safety and law enforcement personnel, as well as members of the security industry, to provide the resources necessary to ensure the safety of all Texans,” said TBFAA President Chris Russell. “We owe a great debt to Gov. Perry for all his public safety initiatives which have had an incredibly positive impact on our state, and we are proud to endorse him through the general election."

TBFAA is a non profit organization comprised of professional security and fire alarm companies across the State of Texas. The board, committee leaders, and general members donate their time in an effort to advance and secure industry standards. By drawing on the diverse talents of its professional members, the TBFAA has established itself as an effective voice for alarm users. Working with Texas city and county officials, the TBFAA lends a hand in creating safety and security standards for the alarm process.
