AUSTIN – Gov. Rick Perry has received the ongoing support of the Texas Association for Interior Design (TAID). The board voted unanimously to endorse Gov. Perry in the 2010 general election.
“Throughout the national economic downturn, Gov. Perry has worked tirelessly and effectively to build and maintain our state’s strong economy,” said TAID Executive Director Donna Vining. “We are proud to support him in his re-election efforts and look forward to working with him to fortify our economy and build a better, stronger Texas.”
TAID provides legislative services and assistance to the state's 9,000 registered interior designers and represents the business and legislative aspects of the Interior Design industry in Texas.

Perry. “Texas is the place where people and businesses can come to risk their capital and succeed without unnecessary tax and regulatory burdens and I look forward to working with Texas interior designers to ensure the ongoing strength and opportunity for small business in Texas.”
