Shortly after his announcement in Houston, Governor Perry appeared on Fox News’ "Your World with Neil Cavuto" to discuss his decision not to change Texas law on Unemployment Insurance, which means a rejection of a portion of the federal dollars from the stimulus package. The Governor also discussed border security and the threat that the Texas government is taking head on despite federal inaction.
