Gov. Perry Speaks to Crowd of 1500 at Austin City Hall TEA Party

There was a great crowd at this afternoon's TEA Party at Austin City Hall. More than 1500 patriotic Texans attended the event to protest Washington's out of control spending, irresponsible bailouts, rising taxes, and the overbearing encroachment of the federal government in our daily lives.

Perry and mentioned that Texas' business friendly climate has allowed it to weather the economic downturn better than other states.
